Navigate to the experience page 2. Click on "Share your Experience" button and Choose between text or video testimonial 3. Fill out the form with your name, email, rating, and feedback 4. For video testimonials: upload a video file 5. Submit the testimonial for review For Admins 1. View all testimonials (text and video) with filtering options right in Dashboard. 2. Edit, Approve, Reject or Delete testimonials 3. Preview video testimonials directly in the dashboard 4. View Quick testimonial statistics and analytics
